At Access-Easy.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.

Currently, our return and exchange policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All returns must be sent by mail using the included return label.
- A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package for your convenience.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- for products in new condition within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within the stated timelines.
