Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

  • While we do not accept returns or refunds, we assist in product exchange. 
  • You are eligible for an exchange in the following conditions:
  • The product is faulty, defective, or not in line with the original specifications
  • The product is delivered to you in a damaged condition
  • You receive the incorrect product size.
  • In order to qualify for a exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to process any requests after 24 hours.
  • The defective order must be returned to us within 3 days after intimation.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • If your exchange request is approved, you can opt for a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit or coupon code for future purchases.
  • Please note that exchange requests outside the specified timeframes, products showing signs of wear and tear, damage not due to shipping, or any condition making the product unsellable may not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refund is applicable. However, in case you receive a defective product (wrong product size, damaged, etc.), and the same product is unavailable for an exchange, you may receive a coupon code for future orders on our website as a form of compensation.
  • With the coupon code, you will be able to shop for any article that is within a similar price range of the item you initially purchased. If you exceed the amount then you will be only charged the amount you exceed.
